Return Policy and Return Form
Privacy, security and refunds/returns
The DPA will comply with all privacy and consumer legislation.
We will securely store your personal information and will not share your details with any other organisation, other than is necessary to process your order (eg to give your address to Australia Post or a courier). We will only use personal information given to us for the purpose for which it was given.
There are no refunds under any circumstances on membership payments.
We do offer refunds in some circumstances for book purchases, but not simply because you change your mind (although why would you do that – it’s a great read!).
In the unlikely event that your book is faulty in some way, please return it to us and we will assess it before offering a refund or exchange. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your book if you believe it is faulty.
Note that we do not offer cash refunds: you will be refunded using the same mode of payment that you used for the purchase (credit card or PayPal).
When returning a faulty product to us please provide a name and phone number/email address we can use to contact you in the event of a query. Please also indicate clearly the reason for returning the product and include your original tax invoice/receipt.
Unfortunately, due to the set-up of our payment gateway we are unable to cancel an order once it has been placed. Please select your products carefully.
Your book will be dispatched to you by registered post or courier and left in your letterbox. Please note that while we take the utmost care in packaging your product, we are not liable for any breakages or damage that occurs to your product during shipping.
Thank you for supporting the DPA!
